NuebeCash Terms and Conditions — Rules for Philippine Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the NuebeCash website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and NuebeCash.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the NuebeCash platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. NuebeCash recommends reviewing these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of any changes.

2 Eligibility

To register and use NuebeCash, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted by applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, director, agent, or contractor of NuebeCash or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded from NuebeCash or any affiliated platform under a self-exclusion or enforced exclusion order.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one NuebeCash account only. If you already have a NuebeCash account, you must not create a second one. Duplicate accounts will be merged, and any bonuses or winnings derived from duplicate account activity will be voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. NuebeCash reserves the right to request supporting documents to verify this information at any time, including government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.

• All account information must be true and accurate at the time of registration and must be updated promptly if anything changes.
• Providing false information during registration is a violation of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• NuebeCash will never contact you to ask for your password. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact NuebeCash support immediately at support@nuebecash.net.

4 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on NuebeCash are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). NuebeCash accepts the following payment methods for deposits: GCash, Maya, Coins.ph, GrabPay, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Philippine banks.

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
• NuebeCash does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
• Deposits are generally credited to your NuebeCash wallet instantly. In rare cases, bank transfer deposits may take up to one banking day to appear.
• NuebeCash reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method before processing transactions.

5 Withdrawals

NuebeCash processes withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya in under five minutes on average. Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within one banking day. All withdrawals must meet the minimum threshold of ₱500 per transaction.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods registered in your own name — the same name as your NuebeCash account.
• Before processing any withdrawal, NuebeCash may require identity verification. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and is not personal to you.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before the resulting balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• NuebeCash does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside our control.
• NuebeCash reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawal processing during scheduled system maintenance. Any such downtime will be communicated in advance where possible.
• In cases where a deposit was made in error or a transaction requires investigation, NuebeCash may place a temporary hold on withdrawal processing while the matter is resolved.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

NuebeCash offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special event promotions from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are displayed in full at the time of the offer — we do not hide conditions in fine print.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus balance, which is separate from real-money balance until wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are always stated clearly before you claim. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds can only be used for the games or bet types specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per new account. Players who create duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all accounts and balances voided.
• NuebeCash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after players have already opted in, any bonus funds already credited will remain valid under the terms stated at the time of opt-in.
• Bonuses that have not been used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire automatically.

7 Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on NuebeCash are subject to these general betting rules as well as any sport-specific rules published in the NuebeCash sportsbook. In the event of a conflict between general rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• NuebeCash reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error (palpable error). Players will be notified and stakes returned.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay during which odds may change. If odds change between placement and acceptance, the player will be offered the revised odds or given the option to cancel.
• Accumulator (parlay) bets require all legs to be settled as wins for the full payout to be awarded. A voided leg in an accumulator reduces the number of selections and adjusts odds accordingly.
• NuebeCash reserves the right to impose maximum bet limits on any market, player, or event at its discretion.
• Bets on events affected by extraordinary circumstances — including match abandonment, venue changes, or force majeure events — will be settled in accordance with NuebeCash's applicable sport rules, which are published in the sportsbook section.

8 Casino & Game Rules

All casino games on NuebeCash — including slots, table games, live dealer games, fishing arcade games, and Pusoy — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer mechanics that ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the individual game information panels.

• In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or interrupted session, NuebeCash will void the affected game round and return the applicable stake to the player's balance.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection during gameplay. NuebeCash is not liable for disconnection losses beyond returning the bet amount in the event of a confirmed technical fault on our side.
• Any attempt to exploit game bugs, use bots, or employ automated play strategies is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
• Live casino game results are determined by the live dealer and are final. Any dispute must be raised with NuebeCash support within 24 hours of the game session.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on NuebeCash. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account per person.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform while under 18 years of age.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption.
• Colluding with other players in casino games or poker-style games.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Laundering money or using NuebeCash to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through multi-accounting or coordinated exploitation.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing NuebeCash staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Reverse engineering or attempting to access NuebeCash's proprietary systems without authorisation.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

NuebeCash reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion if any of the prohibited conduct described in Section 9 is suspected or confirmed, or if the account is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions in any other respect.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms and Conditions, NuebeCash may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where the breach is confirmed, withheld funds may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct — such as NuebeCash exiting a market — any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting NuebeCash support. Any real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out to the player's registered payment method after completing standard verification procedures.

11 Responsible Gaming

NuebeCash is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable pastime — not a source of financial harm. We have built a comprehensive set of responsible gaming tools that every NuebeCash player can access at any time from their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you're willing to lose within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, no further bets or games can be played until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a maximum continuous play session duration. NuebeCash will display a reminder when your session time is up.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications showing how long you've been playing and how much you've wagered.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from NuebeCash for periods ranging from 30 days to a permanent ban. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, use, and storage of your personal data by NuebeCash is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also accept our Privacy Policy. We strongly recommend reading both documents.

NuebeCash collects personal data to verify your identity, process payments, comply with anti-money laundering regulations, and provide the service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All data is stored and processed in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws.

13 Limitation of Liability

NuebeCash provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available at all times and that all games and betting markets function correctly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

• NuebeCash is not liable for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to internet connectivity on your side.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error in sports odds or casino game parameters, NuebeCash reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. This is not a limitation of the player's rights but a correction of an error.
• NuebeCash is not responsible for any gambling losses you incur. Gambling involves risk, and you accept that risk when you place any bet or play any game on the platform.

If you continue to use NuebeCash after an amendment has taken effect, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of NuebeCash that cannot be resolved through our customer support process will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
