In Pusoy (Filipino poker), all 52 cards are dealt and players arrange 13 cards into three hands — a front hand of 3, a middle hand of 5, and a back hand of 5. Here's the order of hand strength, from weakest to strongest.

Five consecutive cards of the same suit. Beats everything except a Royal Flush.
Four cards of the same rank. The fifth card (kicker) determines the tie if both players have quads.
Three of a kind combined with a pair. The three-of-a-kind rank determines strength.
Five cards of the same suit, not in sequence. Highest card determines strength among flushes.
Five consecutive cards of mixed suits. The highest card on top decides the winner in ties.
Three cards of the same rank. Common in the back hand but powerful in the front hand of 3 cards.
Two separate pairs. The higher pair determines strength; the kicker breaks ties between equal two pairs.
Two cards of matching rank. Very common — the rank of the pair determines who wins in a comparison.
No combination — the highest single card wins. Usually placed in the front 3-card hand intentionally.
